The "Relax" group also sets out on their main trek this day — it will follow the waterfalls, first viewing the Neralakh canyon and waterfall from above, and then approaching the magnificent 22-meter waterfall gorge from below.

Reaching the plateau will reward you with a mesmerizing view of the Lama fjord and the endless flat-topped mountains. We'll take a group photo and enjoy a picnic at the summit.

WATER ACTIVITIES
1. Water excursion on open boats toward the eastern end of Lake Lama. Along the way, you'll see the place where Nikolai Urvantsev, the discoverer and cartographer of these lands, wintered, a UFO researchers' base, the eco-center of the Putoransky Reserve, and the location of an expedition searching for a sunken hydroplane.

2. A trip on sea kayaks to a nearby tributary, with the opportunity to paddle on SUP boards near the base.

3. Water excursion to the House on Lake Lama, transfer to Norilsk.

We go on an excursion to the Stone Peninsula to a historic site — the first House on Lama. Who built this wooden palace in the shape of an airplane in the wilderness of the Putorana Plateau and why, why is the neighboring creek called Vitaminka, and what were Latvian generals doing here? You'll learn the answers to these and other questions during the excursion.
Water trip to the First House by boat: 2 × 10 km (1 hour)
Excursion around the First House territory: 1 km (2 hours)
Water transport:
  • Discovery Cruiser boat (2020) or hovercraft (2013) in case of insufficient water levels for the boat
  • Zodiac boats (2020) for radial trips
HELICOPTER TOUR
Landing at Irkindinsky Waterfall (27 meters high), one of the most impressive waterfalls on the Putorana Plateau. Thanks to the high water volume of the Irkinda River, this waterfall is always full and never reduces to a trickle.

The Irkindinsky Waterfall is located at the border of the Putoransky Nature Reserve, near Mount Chaya-Kit - the habitat of the rare Putorana snow sheep and the white-tailed sea eagle, both local endemics.<br>With some luck, you might spot these rare animals - binoculars or a spotting scope will come in handy.
Helicopter:
Mi-8MTV (20 passenger seats)
Norilsk City Tour
A 2-hour guided tour of Norilsk (by bus and on foot) with visits to the old city and the "Golgotha" memorial complex. Norilsk is the world's first city with multi-story buildings on permafrost. You'll learn how Bure, Smoktunovsky, Gumilyov, Zhzhenov, and many other talented people ended up here, why there are railings in the arches of buildings, why the city has large square courtyards completely covered with asphalt, what a "warm corridor" is, and much more — a local guide will show you non-touristy places and tell you about the daily life of Norilsk residents. (Lunch and dinner are not included in the price; tourists pay for lunch and dinner at cafes and restaurants separately.)
EXCURSION TO DUDINKA
Transfer to the city of Dudinka. The city was founded in 1667 and is still the capital of Taimyr. The city's history is inextricably linked with all northern expeditions, the Northern Sea Route, and it is also a center for all the indigenous small-numbered peoples of Taimyr who lead a nomadic lifestyle. City tour: the main square, seaport, river terminal, Bering Bridge, a street without a single house, the world's only newspaper in 5 languages, the venue for the World Curling Cup. Excursion to the local history museum (polar expeditions, Zhenya the mammoth, the last shaman in Taimyr). We visit the indigenous small-numbered peoples of Taimyr, talk with people who have lived all their lives in the tundra: funny and dramatic stories from the lives of reindeer herders, everyday life, traditions, and crafts.

Personal equipment and insect protection are also not included in the price — we recommend bringing these with you.
